Had a two different big name companies come out and tell me they couldn’t help me. Josh and his team walked in and said no problem. Went above and beyond, even traveled to Greenwood from Brownsburg to get what was needed to get the job done, same day, just to make sure we didn’t have to go another day without hot water. They literally ran into every headache and issue that could possibly go wrong, but they handled it with ease and didn’t nickel and dime charge me to death. 🙌🏼

Josiah came out to flush the sewer lines. And replace a toliet for us. Very friendly he explained everything he was doing at all times. Even showed us somethings. Unlike going with the big name companies. That I have had out for years. Which the issue only would get fixed just enough. So then it would happen again requiring a return. Dutton is now our go to for any issues.

It ended up being a bigger issue than we originally thought but they were able to come back within a few days and complete the work for a very reasonable price. Had a horrible leak from upstairs bathroom into downstairs ceiling. I called Dutton and they sent someone over within 24 hours. Gave me a few alternatives to fix the leak. Of course, I chose the lesser $$ of two evils....and problem was resolved. Their tech, Justin, was very knowledgeable in assessing the problem, discussing the choices in depth, and on top of that, was an extremely courteous and friendly young man. Oh....did I mention the charges were not as much as I anticipated? Great people, great repair job, and great service. I would definitely call them again.

We just had Dutton Plumbing Install a Reverse Osmosis System in our kitchen and we should’ve done this years ago. We bought a TDS Meter to compare the city water to our new system. Our tap water measure 513 which anything over 500 (ppm) is the U.S. EPA’s maximum contamination lever. With our new system from Dutton we are at 17 (ppm)!!! This is considered ideal, drinking water, and the taste is obvious. Thank you Dutton for installing this the very next day after we called.

Dutton plumbing is not the biggest company but they can do the big projects and smaller projects cheaper, and probably better than most. The estimate was 40% lower then my other 2, also I got professional service and a gift card..I'm going to Logans 😊

Mr. Josh Dutton is a fantastic plumber. He was able to break through hard concrete to repair some plumbing and to install some new stuff. His routing of the new plumbing is super neat and tidy. Josiah came promptly and fixed our pipe (and relocated so it shouldn’t freeze again) Job was completed, site was cleaned of debris. Superb service as always! Highly recommend.

Josh is easily the best plumber I’ve ever had do work on any of my properties. Not only is he very well priced, super responsive, courteous and professional, he takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. Some contractors will just say something needs done and to trust them as a professional. Josh will show you exactly where a leak is, any pipe issue, etc. He has informed me on what to look for in the future to prevent anything major from happening which will result in huge savings. I have used Dutton Plumbing, Inc. for both residential and commercial work. I was introduced to the owner when I needed a small commercial job and was having difficulty getting a commercial contractor to return my calls. Josh and his team are responsive and knowledgeable. Since that first service call to install a kitchen sink and drain in a commercial space, Dutton has become our go-to for all plumbing issues in both buildings. Beyond the commercial projects, I had a drain clog at home the night before guests came into town for a birthday party. Josh had me taken care of the next day. We had gotten the name of Dutton Plumbing from Omalias Living and Outdoor Center where we purchased our ventless gas logs. Chelsea was quick to return phone calls and text. Josh and Sant came out and did the initial estimate, and we got a quick turnaround on that as well. After our logs arrived Josiah and Noah came to do the install. They suggested moving most of the items around the fireplace and brought extra covering for floors, couch and wall above fireplace. They first swept our chimney then installed the log set. They gave us a few instructions on how to operate the logs with the remote then they cleaned up and left. We had no issues, or complaints. They were polite and very easy to work with and we love our new logs! 😊

They help to diagnose problems, explain reasoning and ways to prevent future problems, and are obviously great at fixing all those problems. We had multiple plumbing companies come out to fix a shower problem and received quotes. Josh came out and identified the problem differently and saved us over 5 grand and a lot of hassle. Josh has been responsive when we’ve called him to ask questions since then. He worked with us on New Years Eve this year and was able to hypothesize the issue initially with my phone call and sent Nic out to our house within the hour. Nic was professional, kind, quick to explain the process and demonstrated thorough problem solving skills working in our unique, 80 year old house. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Great experience with Nick at Dutton. I needed a toilet removed and the estimate was reasonable and he did it same day. I also had an issue with the shower and he showed me how I could fix it myself but due to lack of time on my part and the fact that the estimate was good, I just had him do it. I will be using them again for other stuff.
I have had previous experiences with this company and its owner before. They are always kind courteous and prompt. They also make sure that your home is in the same condition it was when they got there if not cleaner. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. And we'll definitely use them again in the future.
‘Exceeds Expectations’ sounds about right. As a new customer (now member) and novice home owner, wasn’t sure what to expect. Had a shower that couldn’t operate without gushing water behind the wall - two spigots that were corroded and need replaced. The Dutton team showed quality customer service from start to finish, exceptional craftsmanship, and overall desire to make sure the customer (me) is satisfied. (No seriously - their team came back out because I had a question on one of my spigots post service — they resolved it AND helped fix my totally separate/new kitchen sink leak) The cherry on top is this is a local, family owned company. I was very pleased with my experience working with Dutton plumbing. I had them come out to relocate the plumbing in my bathroom for a mostly diy renovation I was doing. They showed up on time and were very professional, I would highly recommend working with them.

I called dutton plumbing to come out and fix my clogged shower drain. The owner Joshua dutton came out himself to handle the work. Josh had kept me informed about his estimated time of arrival throughout the morning and was here and done by the time I got home from work. Josh not only did an immaculate job he also provided with an explanation on what he was doing to my drain and what he was using to clear it out also explained to me what could of caused this to happen to my drain. Dutton plumbing is by far the best plumbing service I have used to the date. He has handled all of my family’s work and we are all overly satisfied with his work ethic and his professionalism. Our water is 5 years old and we had never had a tune-up. We had had a great experience with Dutton Plumbing previously so we contacted them for a service. Josh did the tune-up and flush. He also us advice on how to care for our water softener. He was prompt, professional, and efficient. Scheduling is easy and I like that they will text to avoid playing phone tag. Great company!
Water heater blew out and Dutton came out quick to quote me a new one and even got me in the next morning to install a new one. Everyone was helpful from the techs to the office with any questions I had in the process. Work was well done and in a timely manor I would suggest them to anyone.
Dutton Plumbing did an amazing job fixing our two broken outdoor hose bibbs. We had trouble with another plumbing company trying to overcharge and upsell us on other "needed repairs" but Dutton was a lifesaver. They're a smaller company that does good, honest work. My husband and I are SO happy we had Dutton Plumbing install our reverse osmosis system! Our TDS meter said our tap water was at 472 (gross!) Our brita was also at 472 (gross and surprising! - We thought we were drinking better quality water with the brita) and our RO water is at a 29. We have a 10 month old son, so we want to make sure that we're giving him the healthiest possible options, and this RO system did just that! We 1000% recommend Dutton Plumbing for any of your needs!
This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had hiring a sub to work on my house. They responded very quickly and had a plumber out to give a quote within 24 hours. After Nick quoted a very affordable price, he was able to do the work right then. He didn’t leave until the job was done. Great kid, great attitude. I felt good investing in this company.

i contacted dutton plumbing today to clear out my clogged shower drain. Joshua dutton arrived to the job before his original estimated time of arrival. introduced himself and got straight to work. he was very informative with the work he was going to be doing and to me it sounded like a-lot of work but dutton plumbing was unfazed by the problem i was having. after the work was completed he walked me through the steps of what he had done and gave me information on how to keep the problem from recurring. couldn’t be more happy with the work provided and i will be using dutton plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs. thank you dutton plumbing.

I appreciated them explaining the problems I was having, and giving different options on how to fix it. I was happy to be supporting a small business, and they were able to give me a great rate. Josiah, Was very honest and helpful., he first diagnosed our issues then gave me an estimate for the services needed. When I approved all services to be done he stated right away. He put in a new toilet line stop & 1/4 inch nipple with a new escutcheon plate. Installed new toilet supply line then a new drain plug for the tub, which he had to go get cause he didn't have one on his truck. Josiah checked for leaks several times due to we live in a two story home prior to cleaning up and after cleaning up. Josiah even called back a little later and asked if I seen anything on the ceiling, ie leaking? I wasn't real sure so he stopped by real quick just to make sure it hadn't leaked. I really appreciate Josiah for going above the normal outstanding customer service and care! I would definitely recommend this company and if I need any more plumbing work for my home I am calling Dutton Plumbing Inc. Thank you Josiah for your outstanding customer service !
